Passwords do not change in our database, unless changed by the user i.e., you!
Therefore, the only reason for login problems is using an incorrect email address/username, or incorrect password.
If you have forgotten your password,
1: On the British TV Club login page is a "Forgot Password" option. Use this once only.
2: Go to your email (check spam/junk folder if it is not in your inbox),
3: Click the link in the relevant reset password email.
4: Choose your own password. If any password is suggested by the website automatically, you can delete this and type your own. Spaces are not allowed in passwords. Passwords are always CaSe sEnsitiVE (please ensure that CAPS LOCK is not active on your keyboard) so make sure you know of any capital letters used in your password and then:
5: WRITE DOWN YOUR PASSWORD!
We see people resetting their password multiple times over and over and being unable to log in. This usually happens from doing many consecutive "forgot password" attempts. Do not do this! Each attempt invalidates the previous one. So if you open the wrong email (you will have been sent many "reset password" emails by now and will possibly open the wrong one), your attempts will not work and you will spend all day going round in circles.
Also if you do many incorrect login attempts, the website will ban you for 5 minutes. This is a security feature, as somebody might be trying to guess your password and hack in to your account.
