WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYPAL. Please do not ask. Despite the paragraphs below, people continue to do so!!
We have lost lost 3 or 4 Paypal accounts over the years. Apparently membership websites are "high risk" but I believe that a competitor is trying to cause problems for us (they're constantly trying to steal our resources). They are likely making claims to Paypal that we are committing "copyright infringement".
A Paypal worker (probably in a foreign country) isn't going to spend hours researching the UK "Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988" or even understand it (complex English law language) and compare it to how we are operating to see that we are within the law, so Paypal close down our accounts without question.
This has also happened with 2 Stripe accounts (Stripe are a leading Paypal alternative).
Therefore, we have no automated system on our website to update your account. You need to contact us, we will provide details of how to make payment. You follow the instructions, and we will update your account. This process can take a few days, as there are a few messages back and forth between yourself and us. Therefore, do not leave it until the last moment or your membership has expired before renewing!
You need to fill in a form to request payment details, then wait for our reply with further instructions.
A notification will be emailed to you when we reply, but in case the email goes to your spam folder, please check the "Help" page on our website every day to see if your support query status changes to "admin replied", then follow up on that support ticket (do not open new ones for the same query). Thanks for your understanding.
