We lost our business Paypal account in February 2021 so we do not have an automated system on our website to update your membership after payment.
We can take payments by sending you a "money request" from a personal Paypal account, or we can take card payments via a different website which uses "Stripe" (a top Paypal alternative, - completely safe and your card details are not stored).
Once you have made payment, we must update your account manually - this can take a few days and we don't work weekends, so please renew in good time before your expiry. Memberships are extended from expiry date, so it does not matter how early you renew.
Please do not open multiple tickets for the same query (payments or any other issue), it will cause delays. Instead, visit the "Help" page to see your open support tickets. You can send replies to your support tickets and an admin will see the reply.

If you wish to pay monthly, please pay via card. (We do not wish to send out loads of Paypal money requests and risk having this feature restricted. Also it is a lot of extra work for us to update memberships monthly via Paypal. Besides, yearly subscription is 37.5% cheaper than monthly!)
