Not that the catchup is anything to do with us but for anyone who uses it but it recently stopped working, changes to the Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome web browsers have broken support for catchup.
Please try the Firefox web browser, available for free from www.firefox.com or on mobile devices, via the Google Play or iOS app store.
The Safari browser might also work on Apple / iOS devices.
If you prefer to stick with Google Chrome on a Windows PC or laptop then you can try this (these settings do not work for Chrome on mobile devices).
To allow insecure content on individual sites within Chrome, click on the exclamation mark or words "Not Secure" at the left of the address bar, then click 'Site settings'.
Look down the list of options for 'Insecure content' and change it to "Allow"
Close settings window, refresh the catchup page.
