Q: Can I watch Sky Movies, Sky Sports or other premium channels?
A: Absolutely not! We are a legal IPTV service. Any unofficial websites or IPTV services offering such channels is doing so illegally.
Q: Can I start watching TV immediately?
A: It can take up to 48 hours for your membership application to be reviewed.
Q: Do you offer a free trial?
A: Yes. If you are accepted for membership, visit the "My Account" page to activate your 7 day trial before deciding if you wish to subscribe for membership.
Q: If in the future, I am not satisfied for any reason, am I entitled to a refund?
A: Of course! If you are unhappy for any reason, get in touch and we will refund you from the day of your request.
Q: Can I access catchup TV using your services?
A: We do not offer recordings. However, there are other providers who do. Our members and staff can assist you in setting up your device to work with them.
Q: Does this work in any country?
A: Yes, a stable internet connection of 2mbps+ is all that is required.
Q: What devices can I watch TV on?
A: All devices! Popular apps for Android, iOS, Windows, MAC and even Linux such as Kodi, Plex, NextPVR and IPTV apps are compatible. Mag 250/254/256 boxes are supported. Or you can simply use a web browser!
Q: Can I view TV in multiple rooms of my house at the same time?
A: This depends on your subscription. Gold members are entitled to use 2 devices simultaneously.
*Q: Can I access BBC iPlayer using your VPN?
A: Our VPN is not intended for this purpose. You are welcome to try, however most TV streaming services detect and block VPN users. Our VPN does work for many other geo-restricted British TV websites however.
